How many revision rounds are included?

Each design phase includes two structured revision rounds. Additional rounds are available if needed and are scoped upfront so there are no surprises.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to key stakeholders for interviews, existing brand assets, content (or a content plan), and a primary point of contact with decision-making authority.

Can we join the process mid-way?

Yes. We regularly take over existing projects or sites that need a redesign. We start with an audit and create a tailored plan based on what's already in place.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, most clients move to one of our maintenance plans for ongoing care and updates.
